Hiring Roles

As an AU Telco Technical Support Representative

You will provide expert support for Australian broadband and voice services, resolving network issues, guiding new service activations, and assisting customers via calls, chat, and email. You will document cases in CRM platforms and ensure service quality aligned with Australian telecommunications standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hands-on BPO experience as a Technical Support Representative on an Australian telco campaign
• Proven experience supporting Broadband or Telecommunications accounts
• AU telco exposure preferred; US, UK, or CA experience accepted

As a Sales Representative

You will support Australian telecommunications sales through inbound engagement, service qualification, order processing, and provisioning coordination. This role suits sales-focused professionals who excel in consultative conversations, customer conversion, and end-to-end telco sales support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year proven sales experience within the Telecommunications or ISP industry
• Hands-on experience supporting Telco/ISP sales campaigns
• AU telco exposure preferred; US, UK, or CA experience accepted

As a Sales Representative (Outbound B2B – Fibre Upgrades)

You will engage Australian businesses through outbound calls, promoting upgrades from legacy broadband to fibre solutions. You’ll manage objections, convert interest into confirmed upgrades, and collaborate closely with a focused outbound sales team and Australia-based stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year BPO sales experience (outbound or inbound required)
• Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and conversion skills
• Comfortable engaging decision-makers in a B2B environment
